Up In The Clouds...

I'd rather be up there

than down here

they say when you fantasize

you fail to realize

the blatant truth...

But it hurts too much 

feel like i'm getting crushed

what i see is a storm

threatening to keep me torn

keeping me there til i cry...

but up in the clouds

i am found

don't have to suffer

this dream is a real bluffer

but here i am content...

They critisize how i feel 

about what is and what's not real

but up in the clouds

my mind's at ease, im at peace 

Now i can breathe...

Even though it's not real

I get to escape for that moment

drift from the harsh reality

back into fantasy

because it's easier for me ...
